  • Official Payment Instruments: Donors are advised to transfer funds solely through the verified channels published on our website — including our official UPI ID (sahajivan0218@cnrb), the organization QR code, or direct bank NEFT/RTGS to Canara Bank Account (0218201004589, IFSC: CNRB0000218).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As a general rule, donations once made to a charitable trust are utilized toward ongoing humanitarian projects and are non-refundable. However, in accordance with responsible nonprofit governance, we accommodate valid refund requests under the following strictly defined conditions:

7-Day Erroneous Transaction Review Window

If an accidental duplicate deduction occurred, or an erroneous amount was entered by the donor during payment:

  1. The donor must notify us via email at contact@sahajivansocialclub.org within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the transaction.
  2. The request must include: Full legal name, contact number, donation amount, date of transfer, bank reference number (UTR / UPI transaction ID), and an explanation of the error with bank statement proof showing the deduction.
  3. If an official 80G tax certificate has already been issued or Form 10BD has been reported to the Income Tax Department for that fiscal quarter, refunds cannot be processed due to tax compliance finality.
  4. Upon verification by our administrative board, approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original originating bank account within 14 to 21 working days. Any payment gateway processing fees or banking charges incurred may be deducted.
